A tour plan is only useful if everyone can see it. Invite your band, crew and management, and they get the schedule, stays, venue info and bulletins on their own phones.
Inviting active team members needs a subscription. Daysync is billed per seat, and every seat includes admin, edit and view-only capability. See pricing.

Pick the right role

Everyone gets a role. Choose it before you hit send.

Admin

Full access to every tour and every member in the organisation, plus settings and billing. For TMs, managers and whoever runs the show.

Member

Access only to the tours you add them to, view-only by default. Ideal for crew who just need the day sheet.
Need a member to help build the schedule? Give them edit access for a single tour from Manage members in that tour’s settings. They won’t need to be an admin.

Send the invites

1

Select the tour from the main menu (skip this if you only have one).
2

Click Invite

Hit the Invite button on the tour page.
3

Add people

Enter an email address and choose a role: Tour Admin or Tour Member. Click Add Another Person to invite the whole crew in one go.
4

Send

Click Send Invite.

What happens next

Invitees get an email to join your organisation and the tour. Once they accept, they show up in the tour’s member list with the access you gave them, and the tour appears in their app.
Check spam first, then confirm you used the email address they sign in to Daysync with.
Go to Profile Settings → People, open the member’s ⋮ → View Details, then click Change next to Seat. The new role applies immediately.
Remove them from People in settings. This also frees the seat for someone else.
