A tour is the container for everything else: schedule, stays, venues, guest lists, bulletins and chat. Creating one takes three quick stages: name it, date it, then shape each day.
You don’t need every detail to start. Rough dates and a couple of cities are plenty. You can create the tour with gaps and fill them in as the routing lands.

Before you start

Every day gets a type so everyone knows what kind of day it is at a glance, e.g. Show day, Travel day, Rehearsal day or Day off.
A city or a venue. It anchors the day on the map and powers route calculation for travel items.
Your first full tour is free. You only need a subscription to run more than one tour. See Sign up.
