Getting into Daysync takes about two minutes. You’ll create a login, tell us your name, set up (or join) an organisation, and you’re in.
It’s free to get started. Every organisation gets a demo tour to play with, plus one full tour you can plan end to end with no payment details. You only need a subscription to run more than one tour or bring active crew members into your organisation. See pricing.

What’s an organisation?

Your organisation is the home for your tours and your people. It can be a band, a management company, a production house or just you. Tours live inside it, and so does everyone you invite.
Joining someone else’s team? Ask them for an invite code. You’ll enter it during sign-up instead of creating a new organisation.

Subscriptions can only be started on the web or desktop app, not on mobile, due to app store rules.
